What a turbulent yea! The downs have been way down but the couple of high points far outweigh them! Merry Christmas everyone, take extra care on the roads during the silly season and I hope to see you out training or at a race some where.

Alot of relief experienced this month. I've wanted Olympic Gold for as long as I can remember. I'll be home soon and look forward to catching up with you all (especially those guys in the chop for the Penfolds Grange - get shopping boys!)
